A ‘State in a Smartphone’
Diia, Ukraine’s digital government platform, stands as a prominent example of the country’s digital transformation. President Volodymyr Zelensky introduced the concept of a “state in a smartphone” shortly after his election in May 2019. Ukraine’s Drone Production Surge
